Our approach to returns

We want you to be happy with what you buy from us. Because Alivo works with a network of specialist suppliers to bring you a wide range of products at fair prices, we don't currently offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges — so please have a good look at the product photos, description, and sizing details before ordering.

That said, your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply, regardless of any policy we set:

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

When you're covered

You're entitled to a free repair, replacement, or refund if your item:

  • arrives faulty, damaged, or defective
  • is significantly different from how it was described or pictured
  • isn't fit for the purpose it's normally used for
  • is the wrong item entirely

This applies whether the item was purchased at full price or on sale.

How to make a claim

Email anhpinvestments@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if possible. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. If we ask you to return the item, we'll cover the return shipping cost — you won't be out of pocket.

Refund timing

Once we've confirmed the issue (and received the item back, if a return is needed), we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Order arrived but something's missing?

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your parcel, check with neighbours or your building's parcel collection point first, then contact your local carrier. If you're still stuck, email us and we'll help chase it up.
