Processing times

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery times

Alivo works with a network of specialist supplier partners, so delivery times can vary depending on the item. As a general guide: Standard shipping ($11 AUD, free on orders over $100) takes approximately 7-15 business days from the date you place your order; Express shipping ($15 AUD) is prioritised for the fastest available dispatch and carrier service. These are estimates, not guarantees. We also ship to a number of destinations outside Australia (Standard international, $20 AUD).

Multiple parcels

Because we work with a range of suppliers, items in the same order sometimes ship separately and arrive on different days, at no extra cost to you.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't already been dispatched. Email anhpinvestments@gmail.com with your order number.
