Shipping & Delivery

Processing times

Once you place an order, we get to work packing and preparing it for dispatch. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery times

Alivo works with a network of specialist supplier partners, so delivery times can vary a little depending on the item and where it's coming from. As a general guide:

  • Standard shipping ($11 AUD, free on orders over $100): approximately 7–15 business days from the date you place your order.
  • Express shipping ($15 AUD): your order is prioritised for the fastest available dispatch and carrier service once it's ready to ship.

These are estimates, not guarantees — busy periods and supplier availability can occasionally push delivery outside this window. If your order is taking longer than expected, get in touch and we'll chase it up for you.

Shipping outside Australia

We also ship to a number of destinations outside Australia (Standard international, $20 AUD). If you're ordering from outside Australia, please note that consumer protection laws in your own country may also apply to your purchase, in addition to the terms on this page.

Multiple parcels

Because we work with a range of suppliers, items in the same order sometimes ship separately and arrive on different days. You won't be charged any extra for this — it's simply how the order comes together on our end.

Tracking your order

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking link once it's dispatched. If you can't find your tracking information or it isn't updating, email us at anhpinvestments@gmail.com and we'll look into it.

Changed your mind before it ships?

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't already been dispatched. Email us as soon as possible at anhpinvestments@gmail.com with your order number.

Damaged, faulty, or missing items

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, see our Returns & Refunds page — we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
