Trade mark concerns

If you believe a product listing, brand name, or other content on our store infringes your registered trade mark, please let us know and we'll look into it.

How to report a concern

Email anhpinvestments@gmail.com with:

• Details of your registered trade mark (including registration number, if applicable)
• The specific URL or product listing you believe is infringing
• Your contact details and, if applicable, the company you represent
• A brief explanation of why you believe the listing infringes your trade mark

We take these reports seriously and will review each one, which may result in the listing being edited or removed while we investigate. If you're unsure whether trade mark law applies to your situation, we'd suggest checking with a lawyer first.
